To secure your booking, payment of your treatment must be affected before your treatment in order to secure your appointment. You can select to do payment with Credit card or an EFT payment. Our Banking details will be emailed to you in order to make payment. We accept all major credit cards and cash.

A 24-hour notice period is required for cancellations and rescheduling. Spa appointments cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time - the full treatment fee will apply and we reserve the right to charge your credit card accordingly. No-Shows will incur a 100% penalty fee.
Spa meals are available on request and needs to be booked in advance. Additional charge will apply.

We specialise in spoiling groups at our Spa! In order to ensure your booking is secure, full payment is required for groups of three or more persons. In the unfortunate event that you are unable to meet the appointment, a 5-day notice of cancellation period is standard procedure. Cancellations made less than 5 days after the booking date will incur a fee of 100% of the treatment price. No changes can be made to group bookings on the day as all the necessary preparations will have been done by our Spa Care Professionals to ensure your group booking runs smoothly.
Should you have a gift voucher, please present the voucher as confirmation the day of your appointment
We kindly request punctuality as late arrivals will result in a reduction in treatment time whilst the full treatment fee will apply. We suggest that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment/s to allow you sufficient time to use the spa facilities including the Indoor Pool, Steam Room and Rasul.
Alternatively, kindly arrive no less than 15minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time as it is compulsory to fill in a client consultation card.
